Your responsibilities

  • budgeting – prepares annual budget, forecast, multi-year plan, executes control of their implementation and analysis of deviations;

  • financial controlling – monitors costs and revenues of the company, participates in the process of month-end closing, ensures correctness of bookkeeping;

  • reporting - prepares monthly management reports for the company management as well as standard reporting packages in accordance to USGAAPs and local statutory requirements

  • prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow and profitability analysis;

  • prepares financial liquidity management and investments profitability analysis

  • creates financial models and business plans

  • cooperates with internal and external institutions: banks, auditors, authorities, accounting office, advisors

  • prepares controlling tools and procedures aimed at an increase of the effectiveness of asset utilization, acceleration of decision-making process and optimization of costs

  • acts as a trusted and pro-active business partner to the management team by driving efficiency opportunities to meet business plans / business case objectives

Our requirements

  • 5 years of experience in controlling area

  • Master Degree in Finance & Accounting or Controlling area

  • Fluent English skills, both written & spoken

  • Solid Understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling, assurance, internal controls, treasury and investment is a must

  • ACCA, CIA or CPA financial certifications would be a strong asset

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

  • Ability to work under time pressure with tight deadlines

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details

  • Excellent business partnering skills with proven track of exposure to the top management
