Your responsibilities

  • Support all local “hire to retire” activities of the employee lifecycle including employee relations support to local leadership (performance management, terminations etc)

  • Onboarding of new employees

  • Preparing the employment documents (employment contracts, wage assessments, termination of employment, etc.) and overseeing provision of the documents to the employees (to include e.g. salary statements)

  • Communication with employees in the area of ​​HC operational issues including responding to queries raised through ticketing system (PeopleDoc)

  • Administration of HRIS and other HR databases (primarily Workday)

  • Creation, maintenance and archiving of personal files of employees (electronically and in paper form)

  • Preparing inputs for payroll and reviewing the outcomes from the payroll team (payslips)

  • Overseeing Administrative support of HC processes including process improvement design and implementation, HR policy review, creating knowledge articles

  • Regular preparation and processing of HC reports and statistics (including Holiday and Overtime Balances & Accruals for Finance Team etc.)

  • Monitoring changes in the field of labor law

  • Participation in HC projects

  • Methodical and operational leader for local HC support

  • Cooperation with CEE HC leadership

  • Supervision of 2 x local HR Administrators

Our requirements

  • HR experience at least 3 years as HR generalist in EMEA team

  • Knowledge of local and EMEA HC legislation, policies and practices including labor law

  • Analytical thinking and interest in developing technical skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word

  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and interest in news in this area

  • Experience working in the Workday system is an advantage

  • Fluent Polish and English both written and spoken

  • A systematic and proactive approach to work and the ability to set priorities

Role of HC Operations Manager is primarily to support Vialto based in Poland (c600 engaged by 2 separate legal entities) but also provide broader Operations support within the broader EMEA region as appropriate. The role will need to build strong relationships with the local business leadership as well as working closely with other functional HR teams (Benefits, HRBP & HRIS)

Location: Poland (mainly remote) primarily to support Katowice and Warsaw based employees so ability to travel into offices as required. Ideally someone based locally in either Katowice or Warsaw.
