Your responsibilities

  • supervise and lead the team of Support Agents (Poland, Spain in future) to solid customer experience

  • manage, track & analyze the performance of the team (incl. customer satisfaction reporting

  • solve & master daily critical situations & topics (complaints, complex requests etc.)

  • coordinate, plan & optimize work flows, work items and schedules of the team

  • manage, motivate and grant team’s further consistent development, knowledge and skills

  • be in charge of the financials

  • professional leadership experience in Servicedesk Teams

  • strong customer- and team-orientation

  • destinctive organizational and communication skills

  • high level of self motivation, flexibility and resilience

  • German & English, Spanish is an advantage
