We are seeking for a experienced candidate for a position of Head of Asset Management.

Client Details

For our Client - real estate investment firm - we are seeking for a experienced person for a position of Head of Asset Management. Successful candidate will be responsible for office and retail portfolio.

Description

• Full responsibility for company assets overall result
• Preparation of business plan, budgets and cash flow estimations
• Supervision of leasing process including negotiation support
• Supervision of property and facility management operations
• Manage all financial aspects of the portfolio (shareholders, tax office, banks, etc.)
• Introduce optimisation activities to reduce costs and generate revenue
• Manage internal team (leasing, finance, operations)

Profile

• At least 10-15 years of experience within asset management or leasing area (preferably working on the investor side)
• Successful record of accomplishment and demonstrated experience with analysing complex investment issues and executing strategies to achieve results and effectively manage risk
• Strong and effective management style of people and stakeholders
• Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Managerial and leadership skills
