    Currently we are looking for talented candidate for the position of:

    Head of Business Excellence & Innovation
    Work place: Warsaw

    Scope of  responsibilities:

    • Provides brand and sales teams with actionable business intelligence and competitive insights,
    • Drives transparency for results to foster a high performance culture, develop and operate optimal customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence systems,
    • Defines Business and Portfolio needs and leads development process (inlicensing, outlicensing, contracting, portfolio optimization),
    • Fosters innovation within BCC and drives creative solutions to business challenges, oversees the systematic, regular review and identification of portfolio gaps, screens ideas and follow up ideas to drive a constant flow of innovation for BCC in Poland,
    • Drives Customer Excellence (CuEx), Sales Force Excellence Initiatives for BCC Poland and continuously support TM & sales teams to optimize effectiveness of POS / commercial activities,
    • Develops digital business expertise, standards and guidelines and defines the digital strategy for BCC Poland in sync with the regional and global framework,
    • Manages cross-functional activities,
    • Supports the development of the new selling channels,
    • Represents BE&I department in the Polish BCC Leadership Team and carries budget responsibility for BE&I activities,
    • Leads, motivates and develops BE&I team, closely cooperates with Marketing, TM, Sales, O&I + regional/global communities.


    • 4-5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, commercial excellence roles in FMCG,
    • 3 years of experience in managerial position,
    • University degree,
    • Excellent English skills,
    • Fluent Polish,
    • Ability to work under pressure,
    • Excellent personal and communication skills,
    • Computer skills (MS office).
    • Passionate advocate of consumer insight driven strategy,
    • Excellent networking, consensual and conflict management skills,
    • High degree of empathetic skills,
    • Strong analytical skills, high ability in process thinking,
    • Strives for rigorous implementation and extraordinary ability to “make it happen”
    • Flexible, & adaptable to change,
    • Is organized, possess a high degree of personal commitment and is able to deal with independency,
