Your responsibilities

  • Keep our customers happy, and make their overall number grow exponentially each month

  • Lead our Sales and Consulting Teams, and oversee the work of our Support Team by working closely with Product Support Team Leader

  • Cooperate with Product Management, Partner Relations and Marketing Teams

Our requirements

  • Proficient Polish and English language skills (near-native), both written and spoken

  • Experience in planning, carrying out, and measuring the effectiveness of Business Development and Account Management activities on a global scale

  • Excellent knowledge of sales leads nurturing tools

  • Experience with creating and implementing product sales strategy on a global scale

  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to participate in the process every step of the way

  • Unlimited energy, positive team-player attitude

  • Team leading skills with a motivational approach


  • Experience in a similar position in a company developing SaaS products on a global scale

  • Knowledge of PPM tools, Jira, and the Atlassian ecosystem

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile and agile at scale frameworks (in particular Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework)
