About the project

For our IT Team, we are looking for a leader on Head of Customer Management Office Cluster North&East Europe position.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide digital solutions to onboard and optimize Customer interaction with Schenker via multiple digital channels.

  • Manage Customer integration projects through developing, coordinating, and evaluating integration project plans.

  • Provide demand management and delivery for all IT related Customer requests.

  • Build relationships with focus on Customer success and satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate and grow Team of Customer Management Office in Poland and Cluster.

  • Successful implementing of and ensuring the compliance with agreed processes and European standards.

  • Provide local expertise, knowledge to the Business and Customers on legacy platforms and target product portfolio.

  • Plan and manage local solution migrations to global solutions portfolio.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience of leadership responsibility and managing large cross-functional and geographically spread teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and Services Delivery (SCRUM, ITIL, Prince).

  • Good command of written and spoken English (C1-C2).

  • At least 2 years of experience in people development.

  • Excellent organizational and business communication skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

  • Understanding of logistics industry’s customers’ business, needs, challenges and expectations.

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics or comparable education.

  • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment.
