Your responsibilities

  • Improving Customer Service Department (80 employees) by driving the vision for consistency in customer service standards,

  • Driving necessary changes for the improvement of operating and organizational efficiency,

  • Planning the strategy for the department,

  • Measuring, analyzing the effectiveness of all customer service approaches and initiatives,

  • Being responsible for customer satisfaction and efficiency targets,

  • Providing leadership and direction to the customer service departments across all our international markets,

  • Supporting country leads to recruit and develop systematically customer service agents and nurture a high-performance environment where they can excel

Our requirements

  • Higher education

  • Experience in people management

  • Hands-on attitude and problem-solving skills

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Analytical and data management skills

  • Proficiency in English and Polish; Any other language is a plus
