Your responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and support in realization of wind and PV projects portfolio;
- Support in acquisition of the new Wind and PV projects;
- Development of the Company's renewable projects (full project life cycle - since land identification until operation);
- Coordinate and support development team in scheduling and cost control, project management, relations with subcontractors, public institutions and other stakeholders, be responsible for the terms and results of the projects;
- Ensure that the project construction complies with the contracts, policies, regulations, standards and specifications of the Polish local government department;
- Cooperate with relevant procedures for grid connection of various projects and supervise subcontracting to complete grid connection work;
- Follow the renewables technology trends and apply the knowledge in the daily activity, make and keep the relationship with vendors looking for the best solutions;
- Look for renewables business development opportunities in the market.
Our requirements
- High education in the Management, Construction, Engineering or Energy field;
- Project acquisition or/and development experience with wind, solar or other type of energy projects in development or construction phase;
- Knowledge of renewable technologies and motivation to follow the latest achievements;
- Focusing on commercial results of activity, successful experience with tendering process and large scale contractual negotiations;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Result oriented, proactive person with flexibility and ability to adapt quickly as well as work in corporate culture.
Optional
- Work experience with investment models and projects;
- Experience in team lead role;
- Knowledge of legal energy and construction regulation system;
- Experience with acquisition, development and construction phase of wind farms or other RES project;
- Digital literacy, user skills in MS Office, AutoCAD.
