Your responsibilities
Managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs
Assigning and directing of BIM specialist, draftsmen and other engineers, who will support NewCold global projects
Taking part in creating the Team of Designers & Engineers
Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan and provide updates to leadership stakeholders
Coordination of Design activities with the project engineers leading the NewCold projects
Collaborating with responsible engineer on Standard Design and Requirement Management
Developing parametric design model
Developing Digital Twins and keeping them up to date
Giving engineering Life-cycle support to assembled warehouses
Creating needed processes and performing design activities using computational design methods/BIM as an expert in construction
Our requirements
Master in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience in Computational Design
Engineering project experience in logistic or industrial real estate
Experience in leading engineering teams
Global view and experience in extended organizations
High level of written and spoken English, including technical vocabulary
Motivational and supportive attitude, keeping focus of the team
Ownership for priorities, commitment to results
Availability to short-term business trips
