Your responsibilities
Analyses performance of the portfolio and takes responsibility for highlighting challenges while improving results when needed.
Identifies market opportunities and relevant changes, implements of innovations and trends
Creates and executes annual budget and strategical / tactical business plan. Monitor and follow-up on progress, ensure set budget and targets are met.
Ensures swift and excellent customer service (repairs, relationship management, inner and outer premises)
Coordinates tendering, negotiation and awarding of contractors for Capex projects.
Manages hard and soft services contractors and contracts
Initiates and monitor maintenance and remodeling projects
Manages contact and information with authorities
Takes responsibility for operational energy management and improvements
Supervises a team inspecting apartments and units at move-in/out, after renovations, etc.
Takes responsibility for ensuring we fulfil regulatory requirements - ventilation, fire protection, elevators, etc.
Ensures regular inspections.
Ensures accurate and timely reporting
Manages project team
Ensures projects meet the Sustainability guidelines set by the Group Sustainability team.
Our requirements
Min. 3 years of work experience from similar role in facility management within residential or commercial real estate environment.
Experience from project, contracts management, team management, negotiations/procurement
Masters Degree/M Sc or other technical university degree
Fluency in English, perfect Polish
Fluency in using MS Excel, Teams, Power Point
Driving licence
Proactive and driven with a high level of ambition – self starter
Hands on attitude
Strong in problem solving and analytical skills, goals oriented
