Your responsibilities
Managing cash flow and optimizing operational spend
Financial planning and analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses to propose strategic directions
Comparing sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; making or overseeing any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Overseeing hiring processes along with our Head of HR
Our requirements
Experience in a similar role at a startup or non-corporate environment
Infinite passion for spreadsheets and pivot tables
Ability to have a broad view of an organization’s financial health
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
Flawless English both in writing and speaking as we are cooperating with clients across the globe

Experience in managing a growing company’s investments and assets, optimizing investment tactics, and use of financial tools
What we offer
We are looking for a Head of Finance to be responsible for managing our financial and accounting processes, as well as reporting on and managing our investment activities. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and members of the executive management team to build financial oversight tools, oversee the company’s day-to-day financial condition, develop Tango’s financial strategy, as well as manage relations with our financial partners. As the head of the finance department, you’ll take ownership of all fiscal and regulatory matters.
