We are looking for a Head of operations person who will be responsible for the 100-person R2R department. This is a new position where you will manage 3 locations - Gdańsk, Manila and Costa Rica.

Ensures compliance of asset management operations and on-time performance of tasks as agreed upon in the activity split with accounting platforms, Regional Business Partners Asset Management, and Global Process Owners
Reviews the budget and the organizational structures of the teams in SSC and manages the budget for process improvements
Increase automation by implementing new technologies connected to ERP data,
Increase efficiency in the asset management processes through implementation of process improvements, harmonization, and automation / digitalization of process operations
Management operational teams and resources over 3 locations (Manila, Gdansk, Costa Rica)
Act as Member of the Shared Service Center Delivery Network – Financial Accounting & Taxes Management team representing Asset Management globally
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience financial accounting
Experienced in multidisciplinary projects or corresponding change management with proven ability to work under pressure
Profound knowledge in asset accounting with sound knowledge of general ledger, closing, and external reporting
Competence to grasp an overview of complex subject matters and to guide on operational matters with the ability to establish and maintain a sustainable expert network
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop (virtual) teams with different cultural backgrounds
Good analytical skills and a proactive attitude to drive process changes
Experienced in SAP FI/CO/BW and strong digital acumen
Willingness to travel to other SSO sites occasionaly
