Requirements:
- University degree in Finance
- 10 years experience in BPO or SSC organization
- 5 years experience in managing teams and processes and building strong relationships throughout a business
- Experience of working in an international Group and building relationships with stakeholders in other countries
- Strong people and process manager
- Process development and improvement
- A professional accounting qualification or similar post-graduate qualification
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage people of various grades
- Strong relationship building skills
Responsibilities:
- Manages team to drive process improvement initiatives and digitalization agenda within GBS
- Manages preparation of budget and mid-term plans
- Analyze and present complex financial data in a way that is easily understandable
- Conduct overall project evaluations/quality control
- Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in financial systems
- Support month end and year end close
- Support management team & project managers by ensuring proper supply of all costing information from sites
- Leading, coaching, and facilitating teams throughout the execution and completion of key transformational projects and initiatives
