Recruitment for

For our client I am looking for a candidate who will be responsible for holistic management of SSC's accounting structures. Ideal candidate should have relevant experience in similar role or high leadership potential with profound financial background.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage direct overall operations across all SSC functions including AP, AR, GL (around 30 people)

  • Standardize overall process of improvements

  • Measure cost effectiveness

  • Conduct financial reporting based on SLA, KPI

  • Implement consistent standards and efficient methods of working across functional teams

  • Maintain high motivation within the Team

  • Driving automation of routine tasks and fostering innovating business environment

  • Keeping discipline in the process with ability to flexible adaptation and supporting resolution of any new issues which may occur

Employer requirements

  • High level accounting and finance knowledge

  • Experience in managing finance shared services organizations

  • Experience in international environment, SSC/BPO/production background preferred

  • Goals oriented individual and team player with strategic approach and business acumen

  • Fluent English, other European language would be an advantage
