We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering projects across our organisation.

Working with us you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and developing financial shared service center and delivering business and finance SLA's,
  • Enacting a significant change management program to transfer E2E roles responsibilities into the service center,
  • Developing and streamlining processes, document procedures and modifications for new regulation,
  • Update and process documentation development in compliance with internal controls and according to GAAP and IFRS standards,
  • Timely completion of month-end closing procedures according to accounting principal and standards,
  • Coaching and training team members to develop their business and finance competencies,
  • Ensuring the team is properly cross-trained and the operating model creates flexible modes of responding to surges in demand, projects and strategic initiatives
  • Managing team of professionals by providing leadership and corporate guidance,
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the team.

Our expectations:

  • University Degree in finance or accounting,
  • 8+ years of practical accounting or finance experience, with 4+ years leading a similar finance function,
  • Experience in working in a SSC/ BPO environment preferable,
  • Strong people management skills in large multi-national organization and proven leadership track record
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting concepts, practices and procedures
  • Wide experience with accounting and financial systems,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels; ability to adjust communication to target audience,
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1); additional proficiency in any other major European language would be a plus,
  • Ability to drive process improvements and suggest process efficiencies,
  • Natural curiosity and agile approach to process design in search of efficiencies and effectiveness,
  • Experience in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review,
  • Transformation experience would be plus.
