For our Client, an international company from BSS sector, we are looking for a person willing to join the team on the position of Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR function across the location
- Build strong relationships with team leads defining HR plan, coaching and guiding on management capability
- Ensure that the regional HR SSC meets global strategy, standards and policies
- Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
- Develop and revise agreed KPI's, SLA's and OLA's with Stakeholders
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection, induction, and ongoing development of the regional SSC managers and staff to meet plans and workload needs
- Provide continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in managing HR Shared Services
- University degree in legal, business studies or similar
- Extensive experience in the field of recruitment and personnel development, HR process design and employee administration
- Experience in Project and Team Management
- Strong service and result orientation
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Polish and English, additional language will be a plus
