Your responsibilities
Be partner to Barbora Polska executive team to foster a unified culture that inspires excellent performance and strong engagement,
Build and lead HR team to support in the areas of payroll, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management and other employee life-cycle projects,
Facilitate organisation development and change management related strategic initiatives,
Act as strategic contributor to Barbora global HR projects and coordinate implementation locally,
Take leadership in enhancing innovation, flexibility and creativity throughout organization.
Our requirements
At least 5 years’ experience as Head of HR or related position in medium or large company,
Knowledge in personnel administration and local Labor Law requirements,
Experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs,
Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables in a dynamic environment with little direction,
Confidence in influencing and consulting within all levels of organization,
Experience with a workforce distributed across multiple locations,
Curious, detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized mindset,
Self-driven and willing to share know-how with team members ,
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
