About the project

We are looking for an enthusiastic and full of energy and passion individual that would like to help to grow an exciting and innovative business unit. Our company specialises in 1st and 2nd line of Technical Support. Now it’s time to get your ideas, merge it with our strategy and build the international position. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure top-notch relations with current customer

  • Provide great managerial support for the subordinates

  • Support business in online communication and lead generation

  • Managing a dispersed team of IT support specialists

Our requirements

  • Ability to cooperate with a foreign client

  • Leadership and managerial experience

  • Ability to acquire customers (Discovery Calls)

  • Work experience and interest in new IT technologies

  • Focus on developing IT support unit

  • Great communication skills and ability to work with agile methodology (Scrum)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position

  • Very good command of English – minimum at B2/C1 level
