Create and support a dedicated business line providing managed services for Enxoo customers, who are using standard Salesforce Clouds or Enxoo solutions available at Appexchange (Enxoo for Communications, Skilo HR).
Take over customers after the implementation projects and transition to managed services, ensuring knowledge transfer, proper documentation and assigning competent teams.
Build dedicated teams, including recruitment, onboarding and training.
Define and tune managed services business processes and related KPIs.
Support the teams in an agile cooperation and make sure that the team gets the support they need for both team and personal development.
Support teams in achieving consistent progress.
Support customers in defining win-win contracts and cooperation rules.
Monitor and improve the quality of services delivered versus company quality standards and SLAs agreed with costumes.
Maintain and update quarterly an Account Plan covering cooperation forecast, improvements, and business growth.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting business like ERP/CRM/Billing systems implementation and support.
Understanding and minimum 5 years of experience in managed services/DevOps contracting, and delivery.
Min. 5 years of experience in team building and supporting.
Business process improvement experience with minimum 2 large scale projects or companies.
Very good understanding of DevOps concepts.
Entrepreneurship spirit with self drive to set and achieve ambitious business goals, and seek for solutions or changes as the new challenges appear.
Experience in setting and achieving goals using methods similar to OKR, V2MOM, 4DX.
Min 2 year of experience in working within a Scrum Team with short delivery cycles.
Fluency in English (C1).
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other cloud-based platforms.
Understanding of telecom business processes and related BSS/OSS functionality.
Understanding of typical business processes and related ERP functionality.
