About the job
- Your focus will be to drive the Marketing function within Eastern Europe Cluster. Your main tasks will be:
- Define and drive cluster-wide marketing plans and priorities.
- Overall responsible for the marketing results and projects across all Sales Companies in the Cluster.
- Identify opportunities to reach new segments and expand market share.
- Build a bridge between sales and marketing activities.
- Lead Marketing Cluster organization to support business needs across all marketing disciplines.
- Own the annual planning process for the Cluster.
- You will be part of cluster management team, and would dedicate at least 50% of the time to drive cluster-wide projects and priorities
- You will be the highest responsible for Marketing within a cluster.
- You will be empowered and accountable to drive results and priorities across all Sales Companies.
- You will mobilize cluster resources to achieve agreed goals.
- Your role will be to support, challenge and inspire management by pro-actively driving marketing focus areas, processes, and organization.

- You have a 360°- degree profile in the Marketing disciplines, having knowledge and experience across all 4 Excellence Areas (Insights & Analytics, Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Campaigns & Communication).
- You have very strong leadership competencies.

- Polish is your native language, you are fluent in English
