Your responsibilities

  • Leading the marketing team responsible for developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies to ensure growth in brand and business metrics,

  • Defining and calibrating the marketing strategy, tactics and plan,

  • Managing, planning and forecasting significant marketing budget,

  • Planning, developing and executing 360 campaigns with support of agencies and media house,

  • Managing Call-Center, Online Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Support teams along with other specialists,

  • Analyzing the results of the activities carried out, reporting KPIs, drawing conclusions and reporting the results to the Leadership Team,

  • Cooperating with Global CMO, local teams and stakeholders involved in the implementation of marketing projects (Operations, Product, Finance, Sales, Call-Center).

Our requirements

  • Significant experience, 8+ years in marketing, 3+ years in marketing management,

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities with the ability to see the big picture,

  • Track record of success setting marketing priorities and strategy, developing integrated communication,

  • Proven experience of crafting and executing successful 360 campaigns,

  • Digital background, knowledge of paid channels to drive campaign awareness and performance marketing including PPC (CLM is a plus),

  • Previous experience in offline+online services is a plus,

  • Fluent Business English C1/advanced both verbal and written is a must.
