Your responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership for Booksy’s global monetization and pricing strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth

  • Design and implement pricing architecture and offer bundles that will maximize value and commercial synergies between different elements of Booksy’s value proposition incl. SaaS solution, Marketplace, Payments, and e-commerce

  • Create and guide iterative experimentation process to establish best offer design and calibrate pricing

  • Work closely with Product, Billing and Product Marketing teams to bring prototypes and target solutions to Booksy’s international markets

  • Act as a sparring partner for Country Managers to optimise commercial offer and pricing levers

Our requirements

  • Over 8 years of professional experience in a mix of commercial strategy, revenue growth management, project management, analytical and consulting roles (ideally including experience in a fast-growth international business environment e.g. SaaS, marketplace or other technology business)

  • Ability to develop a compelling vision for offer architecture aligned with overall business strategy and local market specificity, High level of commercial acumen and ability to reach high-impact solutions

  • Solid organization skills and ability to translate a vision into an implementation roadmap, taking into account product and system requirements and limitations

  • Proactive and pragmatic approach with a focus on getting things done

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong people and project management skills with the ability to provide guidance and coaching to colleagues across multiple functions

  • Ability to establish rapport quickly with key stakeholders, and adjust message and communication style according to the audience.
