    Main responsibilities:

    • Build and deliver a strategic vision that provides tangible performance and quality improvement while building people's capabilities across the organization
    • Develop and manage the Operational Excellence Team
    • Evaluate current improvements and management of operations throughout the organization; develop an operational excellence strategy including good operational management and continuous improvement for each organizational area and process transformation
    • Grow available Operations Excellence methodology (engagement / training / tools & techniques) providing the foundations for a sustainable improvement culture
    • Work closely with other segment functions, recognizing where synergies occur in order to provide a coherent service

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience from industrial engineering, business consulting, process management, logistics or supply chain management
    • Project experience in deploying and applying LEAN/continuous improvement concepts, principles and practices
    • Experience in having operational responsibility and leading a team
    • Able to efficiently reconcile strategic and tactical goals
    • Global mindset and excellent communication skills allow to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization
    • Strong team player across cultures and disciplines
    • Well-organized individual with excellent analytical skills who is service-minded, self-motivated & ambitious
    • Fluent English is a must
    • Highly energized, fast learner that knows how to set new standards
    • Ability to differentiate situations and adapt communication accordingly
    • Willingness to travel (up to 40% per year)
