The purpose of the role - Head of Origameo - is primarily to manage the delivery of all Origameo projects or their parts within the Country to deliver on time, quality, and budget.This role aspires to enable the local team to provide consistent professional and high-quality service which will differentiate HB Reavis on the market.
Help to create effective, engaged, and competent Origameo organization in respective Country with direct cooperation with other Origameo leaders at group level and country CEO,
Act as the People Leader and Integrator, with tight cooperation with respective Group counterparts (matrix organizational model) and country senior leadership
Oversee seamless delivery of all Origameo projects within the country, focused on quality, time & budget, including capacity planning and operational reporting covering all three Origameo business lines – Workplace Consulting, Workplace Design (CoE), and Fit-Out,
Actively elaborate on business development activities, work with local leasing teams, but also develop local opportunity pipeline from external clients. Business development activities cover Origameo as well workplace relevant Symbiosy product offering,
Actively cooperate with Leasing, Procurement, and other HB Reavis Business lines ( More, Symbiosy, HubHub, and Qubes stakeholders to deliver expected results,
Responsible for overall Origameo business results at the country level, cash-flow as well as internal P&L
Working with Group leaders (Consulting/Workspace design / FitOut), Group Origameo Director, and CEO on Program Budgeting, Growth Strategy, and Operational Excellence, required to deliver both transformation project goals as well as future/ongoing service KPIs
Real estate/development knowledge is an advantage (knowledge about how the process of leasing and delivering space looks like and what is most important during such a project)
Sales process experience,
Previous experience of managing either own business or being responsible for P&L
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Managerial skills/people management experience
