To take ownership of entire payroll processes, payroll audits and operating procedures;
Plan and coordinate administrative processes;
Supervise daily support operations;
Lead, train and instruct Payroll Specialists in preparation of payroll;
Oversee the documentation standards and procedures;
Audit payroll transactions to ensure payments are accurate;
Manage payroll discrepancies effectively and in a timely manner;
Collaborate with HR and Finance (Accounting & Controlling team) to create payroll reports;
Stay up to date with legal legislations and tax regulations;
Monitor costs and expenses;
Organize supervise other office activities;
Ensure operations adhere to policies.
Proven experience as a Payroll & Admin Manager
Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Enova
Proficient in Ms Office tools
In-depth knowledge of labour legislations
Deep understanding of office management procedures
Familiarity with financial principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and leadership skills
Proficiency in English is a must
HR or Finance background would be an asset

In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business, we started to create a new vision of the structure of the HR department. Our goal is to professionalize our actions and create brand new role which will be a strong foundation for supporting the growth of Payroll & Administration.
We are now looking for a Head of Payroll & Administration (reporting to the VP People) who will be responsible for leading a team of Payroll & Admin professionals in Poland to ensure this part of the Booksy HR Team is growing and processes are aligned with our business needs.
