Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing the People Services Team that is looking after 650+ employees in 12 locations, 10 countries worldwide.

  • Managing the execution of global HR processes in designated HR areas ensuring smooth operations and data quality.

  • Overseeing internal HRIS system (Success Factor, CultureAmp)

  • Supervising Benefits Administration and ESOP Platform

  • actively developing, reviewing and actualizing HR global policies, processes and procedures in dedicated areas

  • Leading a project related to installation of global payroll provider worldwide according to agreed road map

  • Design and implementation of standardized HR processes across the employee life-cycle (payroll and HR administration) worldwide

  • Transforming HR administration and payroll team towards modern People Service Team working with “Ask HR” SuccessFactors solution

  • Support and manage employee and manager self service platform.

  • Ensuring the timely and high quality execution of all HR processes in dedicated field

  • Oversee HR Metrics, Reporting and Analytics

  • Participating in projects run within Communities of Excellence

  • People Service Center Senior Manager will report directly to Director of HR Operations based in Poland

Our requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of overall experience in HR Administration and Payroll or similar role in a global company

  • at least 2 years in a team leadership role

  • Experienced in payroll outsourcing projects and organizing shared service center for payroll and HR administration in international environment

  • Experience in implementation of SuccessFactors solutions (e.g. Employee Central, Ask HR) will be an asset.

  • Experience in designing cross-country HR administration and payroll policies, processes and procedures

  • General knowledge of labour regulations in other countries will be an asset

  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, labour law, employee and employees' relations

  • Excellent organisational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Open- and cross-culturally minded

  • University degree

  • Very good written and verbal communication of English

The successful candidate will be responsible for the People Service Center providing professional support to Huuuge Team Members globally in all matters related to Global HR and payroll administration, employee relations, HR processes and systems (Huuuge HRIS), HR Analytics and HR compliance. She/he will be focused on running Global HR service with focus on HR operations excellence and internal customer experience.
