Your responsibilities
engage, coach, and develop the team of product designers to be at their best. Set career paths, define learning plans, and have the vision and drive to establish a high performing culture within the team
shape and communicate a compelling long-term design strategy, setting vision, engaging with brand and clients
help to define product strategy and product concepts for the key projects
identify the best markets and segments to target
drive collaboration and vision across the company to build alignment on priorities leading to product design and execution
manage multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly
translate business language, processes, and complex ideas into visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity and innovation with business acumen
discover client’s needs by facilitating team-based workshops and conducting thorough research
Our requirements
5+ years of commercial experience in digital product design
2+ years of experience in a Head of Design, Design Manager, or Lead Product Designer role
C1+ in English (both spoken and written)
perfect command of Figma, Miro and Google Workspace tools
rock-solid knowledge of UX principles and Design Thinking methods
experience growing a strategic design practice within design teams
experience with planning and facilitating custom workshops tailored to the client’s needs
deep knowledge of business language and proven client-facing experience
strong knowledge of visual design and visual theory
proactivity and high level of organization of your own work, with strong skills in time management and planning
proven ability to effectively manage a team, especially when team members are embedded in cross functional projects
excellent communication skills, the ability to listen to other team members and to communicate your thoughts clearly

a sharp eye for layout design
a strong affinity for the latest design trends and new media
experience building team environments that are trusting, creative and challenging
understanding of the opportunities and challenges of a fast moving business
