Your responsibilities
Responsibility of shared services for MAN T&B - Purchasing over all Commodities
Prototype sourcing for Direct Purchasing for new Truck Generations and Models
Responsibility for Indirect Purchasing scope of B- und C-Parts for polish production sites
Negotiations with suppliers
Ensure compliance throughout purchasing process
Integration and coordination of MAN into VW RSC Poland
Responsibility for MAN SSC internal efficiency projects / topics together with other teams
Preparation of reporting related to Procurement KPIs to internal stakeholder (central purchasing, MAN SSC)
Implementation of new work tools
Managing relationship with different stakeholders
Organize and supervise of the work of the department aimed at achieving the set goals
Take care of the company's assets
Lead, coach and support your team
Recognize and develop talents
You will be part of SSC Management team, and report to the Head of SSC
Our requirements
Higher education (Field of study: economics, logistics, technical faculties)
Professional experience: at least 5 years in the area of procurement
Knowledge of foreign languages: very good knowledge of German or English
Support for the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point)
Good knowledge of the SAP program (SAP/MP1 - MM)
Knowledge of VW Systems is welcome (e.g. Globe)
Ability to organize own and subordinate team work
Ability to work in a team
Ability to think analytically
Readiness to improve qualifications
Communicativeness, efficiency
Diligence, reliability and accuracy in the implementation of the assigned tasks
