Our client is one of the leading and most experienced company operating in construction industry. The company employs over 10,000 people worldwide and a history spanning more than 160 years. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced person to lead a Polish team of several dozen people as a Head of Sales and Marketing.
Your responsibilities
Creating and implementing of the company's sales and marketing strategy based on a vision, values and company-wide strategy for the Polish market;
Leading of an implemented strategy execution including efficiency evaluation and sales results;
Meeting sales targets of subordinate regions;
Building and maintaining relationships with the company's key customers;
Ensuring the implementation of work standards for all positions in accordance with the Customer Service Standards;
Implementing projects, programs, good practices and corporate tools in the area of direct responsibility;
Ensuring smooth cooperation with the assembly department in the process of equipment contracting and project execution;
Providing support to subordinate employees for the process of pursuing customer receivables;
Overseeing the development and implementation of plans and marketing activities;
Transferring and development of products and technical solutions;
Providing technical support to the design studio for customers and the installation department for project acquisition and implementation;
Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of regional sales managers and experts;
Knowledge transferring between corporate structures and subordinate teams;
Building a cooperative atmosphere and integrating the subordinate team;
Carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities in environmental, health and safety and quality management;
Adhering to the provisions of the Labor Code, Worldwide Work Safety Standards, regulations and other company procedures;
Caring for the environment, actively supporting initiatives in this regard.
Employer requirements
Experience in sales and business development preferably in building/construction industry;
Ability to build C-level professional relationships;
Experience in managing a team of at least 20+ people;
Proven project management skills;
Good negotiation skills;
Extremely strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
Excellent teamwork, focus on contributing to good working relationships throughout the team;
High work ethic;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
