Your responsibilities
Being accountable for a revenue and signed contract target for the market, as well as softer performance indicators such as number of new business meetings etc.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies, analyzing trends and results
Building a solid and qualified pipeline of opportunities, i.e identifying and maximizing opportunities from within the group e.g., clients that are already working with in other markets
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Developing and tailoring relevant sales collateral and resources
Negotiating and closing contracts with client's key decision makers
Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Identify and solve client issues strategically
Work with the Management, Sales and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy
Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, operations team and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and sales
Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of sales/business development related experience
English language fluency level
Excelled in a target driven sales position
Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
Strong negotiation skills
Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
Highly driven, motivated, and ambitious self-starter
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process, and current partnerships
Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
