Your responsibilities

  • Leadership of the CoMan sales teams in Europe and strong global alignment with the regions Americas and Asia,

  • Responsibility (top-, baseline) for CoMan, acquisition of new business,

  • Development and implementation of Projects,

  • Design of the price and cooperation conditions in accordance with the clients' guidelines and M+H internal requirements,

  • Coordination with the quality department with regard to the general quality requirements of the client,

  • Strategic assessment of current and potential customers,

  • Complaints and claims management,

  • Improvement of internal processes,

  • Driving internal topics such as group planning, forecasting, reporting etc.

  • When introducing new products or modifying existing products, responsibility for clarifying and coordinating all necessary internal and external work steps,

  • Clarification of price differences with the accounting department and the client,

  • Organization of customer visits.

Our requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, International Business or similar,

  • min. 5 years of experience in the IAM or professional experience in selling technical industrial products,

  • Work experience in sales / purchasing or other customer-oriented areas,

  • Entrepreneurial thinking in terms of costs / benefits, customer obsession,

  • Ability to work in intercultural environment, cooperation with international team,

  • Advanced negotiation skills,

  • Excellent English language skills,

  • Good knowledge of standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),

  • High communication skills, ability to work under time pressure,

  • Assertiveness, availability and readiness for business travels,

Optional

  • Proven experience in a comparable leadership position,

  • Knowledge of SAP and other M+H systems.
