Your responsibilities

  • Drive sales for the remote sales team

  • Coach & develop the remote sales agents' team to ensure best practices in sales are continuously applied and efficiency of the process is maintained

  • Prepare and conduct annual appraisals & monthly 1 to 1 reviews

  • Recruit and hire for positions on the remote sales team (sales reps, team leads, etc)

  • Evaluate training and development needs through monitoring and listening to calls to improve quality, minimize errors and improve performance

  • Set team and individual targets, and monitor performance; prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing key data points

  • Continuously develop the sales processes and scripts ensuring exceeding KPIs and final targets

  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate better results

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in general

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales-related roles on international markets, preferably the English-speaking markets (the UK, the US, Ireland)

  • Minimum 3 years in a Sales Manager role

  • C2 / native level of English

  • Proven track record of past sales successes on international markets

  • Sales Call Center management experience (extra bonus)

  • Past experience in sales in the travel industry (extra bonus)

  • Outstanding sales, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of reporting and operational procedures

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

  • Independence and motivation; self-starter with a "get things done" attitude

  • Able to handle high-pressure deadlines and situations

  • Business maturity

The role

As a Head of Sales / Global Sales Manager- you will be managing remote sales teams across the globe - Europe, Asia, South Africa (10-20 people), developing and optimizing sales processes and finally responsible for the final sales results of your team.
