Who we need
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales ready to take over full responsibility for the management of the sales process and the Sales Team.

As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for translating the company strategy into scalable sales operations, in which our clients’ final success is the most important factor. We want you to redefine and constantly improve our approach to sales, as well as integrate it with the efforts in Marketing and Delivery teams.

What you will do

  • Take the lead in actively driving sales efforts within the company, - both of new business development and account management
  • Manage a portfolio of global clients together with the Partnership team
  • Develop our approach to sales and our value proposition, ensuring that it’s accurately communicated to all participants of the sales process
  • Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals/targets
  • Promote our services in new markets in EMEA and the Americas
  • Take over end-to-end responsibility for the customer experience
  • Create and explore opportunities in securing critical partnerships and alliances to support Admind’s business model and strategy
  • Actively expand the professional network and seek out business opportunities supporting the company's strategy
  • Solve any issues in the cooperation with the customers going beyond Account Manager/Client Partner competences
  • Evaluate sales opportunities, reach out to key accounts and secure meetings with key decision-makers
  • Build, grow and mentor account management/partnership and sales team members as the company grows
  • Propose and measure a set of metrics (like customer acquisition cost, cost of generating QL, Lead, CLV and conversion rates) to help you and other stakeholders understand how we perform and how we can improve sales and assume responsibility for progress.
  • Actively participate in decision-making processes focused on internal operational efficiency
  • Lead effective presentations and discussions with existing clients and sales prospects
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Creative, Delivery and Marketing
  • Manage the Sales departmental budget
Who you are
  • You have experience in developing sales strategies, preferably within our industry
  • You have previous experience successfully leading sales teams (ideally from a similar industry)
  • You have worked in an international environment with corporate clients
  • You have proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • You are an efficient leader with the ability to set and prioritize goals, mentor and inspire your team
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are good at work organization, time management and planning
  • You have great market knowledge
  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • You learn quickly, have an agile mindset and are always ready for new challenges
