Our client looking for people for the position Head Of Sales
Developing, implementing and active supporting business and marketing strategy.
Overall responsibility for the whole sales team.
Managing and motivation of the sales team, incl. use of KPI system.
Ensure grow of the company’s market share and sales volume.
Generation of new business, responsibility for sales results, ensuring budget goals & commitments are met. .
Control of accounts receivable.
Maintaining of good business relationships with customers, creating contracts and setting up business conditions.
Attend regular meetings with the management of the company.
Master degree in electrotechnical/technical field.
Energetic sales person with minimum 5 years experience and a proven track record from technical B2B-sales in electrotechnical/technical business + min 2 year of leading a team.
Capability of working both independently and in a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a structured working style and diplomatic approach to customers.
High-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter with leadership skills and instincts.
English language on intermediate level.
Knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, ERP)
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism is a must.
