Your responsibilities

Our requirements
You have 3-4 years of experience in IT management (software development services),
You are great at building relationships with clients and development teams,
You can entrust people with power and responsibility,
You are open-minded and creative in finding business opportunities and improvements,
You are not afraid of making decisions, even if they seem to be hard,
You know how to work with budgets,
You can ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery,
You are motivated by clear and measurable goals,
Your English and Polish are excellent both written and spoken (min. C1),
Ideally, if you have a proven track record in delivering multiple high-quality IT services to medium and large-sized foreign clients.
