Your responsibilities
Management and governance of Technology frameworks and processes,
Ownership of continues processes and services delivery improvements,
Coordination of organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity,
Delivery of Technology Department analytics, MIS and reporting,
Accountability for Technology vendor and asset management practices, inc. governance, day-to-day contracts management and contracts sourcing/negotiations, etc.,
Technology performance management and optimization (people, processes and services),
Leading assigned Technology Department strategic initiatives and programs,
Provides training and coaching for other staff members.
Our requirements
Hands-on approach with ability to manage complex topics,
Master's degree in Technology and/or Business Administration,
5+ years in a managerial role,
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments in matrix organization,
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form,
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives,
Leeps up with Technology and Banking industry trends,
COBIT certification.
