Your responsibilities
lead and develop staff
secure daily business (management of vendor accounts / sub ledger incl. processing of out-of pocket expenses and credit cards: processing invoices and payment runs, resolving missed payments, updating financial records, etc.) and the proper month end closing process (deadline, quality)
ensure compliance to internal controls (SICS responsible process “Purchase to Pay”)
perform ad-hoc analysis, answers queries and coordinates with other teams/departments
contribute to and/or leads projects
Our requirements
higher education in finance & accounting
at least 5 years of professional experience, minimum 2 years of team leading experience
very good verbal and written skills in English and German
strong expertise in SAP and MS Office
communication and coordination skills
experience in international shared services environment will be a big plus

As Team Head Vendor Processing you will supervise and develop staff of approx. 5-6 specialists based in 2 different locations. You and your team will be responsible for completing payment runs and processing invoices and expenses. You will maintain and further develop the control framework and continuously improve processes. Leading the team also means ensuring appropriate work allocation, adherence to processes and controls and adhering to key performance indicators.
Additionally, you will be working in different projects and perform ad-hoc analysis. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical understanding; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
