    Aldesa Polska is a construction company fully owned by a Spanish Aldesa Group focusing on renewable energy sector as well as industrial construction projects, civil works and public building. Due to our fast growth we are looking for the best candidates to join our team in Warsaw:

    Health and Safety Manager
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
    • Provide H&S and environment trainings (initial and induction for new employees and subcontractors).
    • Close cooperation with managers and advising on risk identification and evaluation.
    • Participation in accident and near miss investigations, establishing preventive measures and control of their implementation. Supervision on Integrated Management System on projects
    • Managing a team of H&S specialists.
    •  Coordination the management system of Safety and Environment, internal and external audits according certification ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.



    •  Higher technical degree, postgraduate studies in Health & Safety,
    • Practical knowledge of ISO 14001,  PN-N or OHSAS 18001 standards,
    • At least 5 years of experience in H&S and Environment at least 3 year in construction,
    • Fire protection specialist certificate would be an asset,
    •  Experience in managing the dispersed team,
    • Ability to elaborate reports and H&S documents.  Performed audits under standards ISO & OHSAS.
    • very good English or Spanish is a must !
