Description:

  • You will be ensuring and identifying compliance with Polish legal requirements.
  • You will provide periodical Health and Safety trainings (mostly in English).
  • You will evaluate hazards in the workplace, delivering information to employees and taking care of the relevant documentation.
  • You will investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • You will take care of records of accidents and any related investigations or corrective actions.
  • You will be handling the implementation of Credit Suisse H&S strategy and policy in Poland including procedures for risk assessments, hazard inspections and safety audits.
  • You will create and deliver professional input to all plans of office rearrangement or expansion.
  • We offer Fixed Term Contract for approx. 1 year

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

Qualifications:

  • You possess professional Health and Safety qualifications (e.g. postgraduate diploma).
  • You are proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Your experience within the area of Health and Safety would be an asset.
  • You have good knowledge of Health and Safety Polish law regulations (Fire Safety Inspector course would be a plus)
  • You have practical knowledge of MS Office.
  • You possess well-developed communication skills and presentation techniques.
  • You act effectively on policy development and business planning.
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with ability to solve non-standard problems and think out of the box
  • You have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • You are a self-starter with proactive approach and flexible attitude
  • You are capable to plan, organize, execute and track internal trainings.
