Health and Safety Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Supervise on an ongoing basis and inspect the working conditions and compliance with fire and occupational health and safety regulations

• Participate in establishing documents and records for instructions, procedures, internal regulations and terms and conditions regarding OHS

• Provide initial trainings in OHS in Polish and English for new hires and interns

• Conduct accident investigations, establish the circumstances and cause of the accidents

• Monitor and report the hazardous events and inform the employer about the threats

• Participate in occupational risk assessment by identifying, analyzing, and controlling hazards and risks

• Participate in providing opinions on actions planned in company and implement procedures regarding OHS

• Participate in inspections done by public authorities – The National Labor Inspectorate, The Sanitary-epidemiological Station

• Participate in work of OHS Committee

• Initiate and develop various forms of training of occupational health and safety and ergonomics in the workplace

• Other assignments resulting from current labor regulations, OHS, in conjunction your manager
