Health & Safety Associate Manager / Zastępca Kierownika w sprawie BHP

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Safety, Quality culture and Zero loss mindset in the factory including daily coaching, Gemba’s in the manufacturing operations.

  • Co-create and lead the optimization strategy for the site.

  • Assure appropriate daily management system is implemented and followed in the factory across different functions including reporting, escalation, troubleshooting, daily/ weekly/ monthly routines.

  • Drive a culture on Contentious Improvement, data driven decision making and effective project management across the site.

  • Drive optimization initiatives and implement production standards in line with lean manufacturing. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

  • Coach operational leaders and operators on using the problem-solving tools depending on the type of a loss.

  • Participate in various projects/activities related to safety, quality, productivity and innovations both at local and regional level.

  • Oversee, participate and monitor new production facility launches.

  • Look for best practices within the organization to be reapplied.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 

  • Higher education in the technical science or logistics (eg. Production management, supply chain, lean management)

  • Knowledge and experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing 

  • Experience in managing teams and/or leading the work of others would be a strong asset

  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills

  • Expectational result-oriented approach

  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills

  • SAP knowledge would be an additional advantage

  • High focus on self-development
