Collaboration with other departments in order to establish online platforms, transforming training content into digital and designing online T&E content and ultimately create value through integrated, seamless experience to meet the customer/stakeholder's educational expectations and demands. The person in this role will independently develop solutions and execute plans.

  • Having knowledge of instructional design and able to transform content into digital formats is a must
  • Developing innovative/engaging online curriculum to be implemented on various therapeutic areas.
  • Understand and define gaps and needs in HCP and Patient training across the board in CEMA
  • Work in collaboration with CEMA HCP training teams and relevant project groups at EMEA to determine digitalization gaps and needs in T&E in CEMA Region
  • Set virtual T&E strategy and objectives and progress towards Regional virtual T&E goals
  • Working in collaboration with Digital Program and Solutions Manager, develop online T&E platforms, design online content with ease of access for efficient delivery
  • Define and measure KPI's and success of trainings, interpret data and re-evaluate and upgrade virtual T&E delivery and methods if necessary
  • Prepare and present reports on training programs and KPIs with support from Data analytics team
  • Manage relations/services with external vendors, if required


  • Bachelor's degree in training, education, HR or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops and proven ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Pharma/medical technology experience and knowledge - nice to have
  • Experience in working in a virtual T&E environment and development of online solutions is a plus
  • Excellent analytic skills with strategic and creative mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Independent decision-making, critical thinking with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fluent in English
