Your responsibilities
formulating the architecture and design of Automation areas of HeiFlow product based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies.
collaborating with Solution Architects and Domain Architects for each of the area of responsibility on the solution design, to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
being partner with Product Architect & Product Owner to ensure most efficient value chain improvements to business stakeholders
conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
driving & facilitates the selection of the most efficient technology for use cases (RPA vs API)
managing IT Cost of Ownership of the Product through budgeting processes of HEINEKEN and controlling of budget execution on respective level.
verifying the implementation - ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements
ensuring consistency of overall solution.
managing the quality of the solutions and technical debt
identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge.
Our requirements
fluency in English
Bachelor/Master's degree
practical experience of minimum 5 years with designing and maintaining Workflow Automation scenarios for an ERP backend - SAP ECC/HANA, Navision or JD Edwards
practical experience working with automation solutions (OutSystems, UiPath)
good understanding of RPA technologies
good understanding of the standard API available for SAP ECC/HANA, Navision or JD Edwards
excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority
experience as a business and technical consultant/architect that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Product
