Your responsibilities

  • Formulating the architecture and design of Integrations and Automations areas of HeiFlow product based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies.

  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Domain Architects for each of the area of responsibility on the solution design, to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap

  • Partnering with Product Architect & Product Owner to ensure most efficient value chain improvements to business stakeholders

  • Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations

  • Driving & facilitating the selection of the most efficient technology for use cases ( RPA vs API )

  • Managing IT Cost of Ownership of the Product through budgeting processes of HEINEKEN and controlling of budget execution on respective level.

  • Verifying the implementation - ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meeting the requirements

  • Ensuring consistency of overall solution.

  • Managing the quality of the solutions and technical debt

  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these

  • Keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of Product through the entire Product life cycle

  • Is multidisciplinary – ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team

  • Helping Product Team members with removing impediments

Our requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies.

  • Practical experience of minimum 5 years with designing and maintaining Workflow, Integration, Automation scenarios for an ERP backend – SAP ECC/HANA, Navision or JD Edwards.

  • Practical experience working with middleware solutions (Dell Boomi, SAP PO)

  • Good understanding of RPA technologies (UiPath) and low code solutions (OutSystems)

  • Good understanding of the standard API available for SAP ECC/HANA, Navision or JD Edwards.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority;

  • Being a business and technical consultant/architect that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Product;

  • Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured;

  • Team player, able to work effectively within the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus;

  • Ablity to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.

  • Troubleshooting technology problems;

  • Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment, a strong grasp of automation and data management tools;

  • Excellent written and verbal English
