Analysis of existing processes and suggesting areas for improvement.
Active support of service projects by appropriate queuing and/or resolving requests.
Identification of operational needs of individual teams/departments and addressing them within the available tools.
Constant improvement of the quality of operational processes through their optimization and automation.
Knowledge base development (describing processes and tools as well as related problems and their suggested solutions).
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration.
Proficiency in Jira Service Management.
Knowledge of Google Tools.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in process automation.
