HELPDESK AGENT
Do you speak good English on min. B2 level?
Do you have min. 1 year of experience in Customer Service area?
Do you have excellent communication skills?
Do you have customer orientation and problem solving skills?
Are you open to work in non-standard hours: morning and afternoon shift (2PM - 10PM)?
 
If so, we want you in our Team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing help desk operations associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of problems
  • Processing of incoming requests to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
  • Ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service quality and availability
  • Troubleshooting all customer related issues
  • Accurately logging all interactions in the ticketing tool
