  • Very good knowledge of Windows’ systems;
  • Very good knowledge of office applications (MS Office suite);
  • Professional customer service skills (experience in ServiceDesk/HelpDesk will be an asset);
  • Good knowledge of network issues;
  • Team work skills;
  • Flexibility;
