Helpdesk Officer with Portuguese

Do you speak English and Spanish or Portuguese at min. B2 level?

Do you have secondary education (at least High School diploma)?

Are you willing to work in shifts (morning and afternoon)?
Do you have customer orientation and excellent communication skills?
Do you have an eye for detail?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing help desk operations associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of problems
  • Processing of incoming requests to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
  • Ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service quality and availability
  • Troubleshooting all customer related issues including technical problems
  • Accurately logging all interactions in the ticketing tool
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Interacting with third party vendors for follow-ups on break fix
