Your responsibilities
Identify, research and resolve technical problems
Handle incoming telephone calls, online chats and emails for technical support
Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions for customer
Participants will be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to help users and will receive on-the-job training, yearly corporate training and individualized training to help you grow personally and professionally.
Our requirements
Fluent English and basic IT skills or strong will to develop on this field – must have
Customer service or similar experience – advantage, nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or disciplines related to Information Technology – nice to have
Willingness to work in shifts
Ability to succeed in the Service Desk role while engaging interest to develop into other roles
